Cheese Potatoes


Ingredients:
2 qts of sliced potatoes, partially boiled (sliced and peeled before boiling)
2 cans of cream of celery soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg of cream cheese
1 soup can full of milk
Preparation:
Heat to a boil celery soup, cream cheese, and milk. Pour over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes uncovered. Add Velveeta cheese on top and cover until melted.
