Chocolate Covered Cherries

Fondant:
1 Stick Melted Butter
2 lbs Powdered Sugar
1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk

Chocolate:
3 Boxes Semi-Sweet Chocolate Squares
1 Slab Paraffin

Cherries:
4 Jars Drained Maraschino Cherries (No Pits)

Mix together Fondant with hands, refrigerate. Melt together boxes of chocolate and paraffin and keep warm. Wrap cherries with soft Fondant completely covering each cherry. Then, chill thoroughly, can even freeze. Dip cherry into melted chocolate, allowing chocolate to set momentarily before re-dipping. Dip 2 or 3 time, then chill thouroughly.
