Countdown has begun

Gretchen and I met with the construction supervisor (or “soup”, as he says) Eric today out at our development.

To our surprise, he committed to a June 1 completion date, which means we have about 90-100 days to get our current home taken care of. Good news though, since we should start seeing major progress quickly.

Framing started yesterday and Eric said that takes about 3 weeks. Once it’s framed and shingles on the roof, he’ll be able to give us the exact close date, since weather has no bearing on the schedule once the home is enclosed.
