Quinn and Samantha

Last Friday, Quinn and I met my friend Fiona and her daughter Samatha at Te Papa. There is a story hour/playtime called Storyplace that we signed the kids up for. Although Quinn loves to sit down and read stories with us at home, he has yet to sit and listen to the story in the four times we have been to this story hour. There are way too many things to play with.

Before we went to Storyplace, we brought the kids to one of the Discovery Centers at Te Papa where they put together some puzzles and learned about fish.

Then we went downstairs for morning tea. Samantha and Quinn had fun eating their grapes. They not only play really well together, they also eat really well together, as Samantha is feeding Quinn grapes. How cute is that!

Next it was time for Storyplace. As you can see, I have no pictures of the kids sitting and listening to the story. Both Quinn and Samantha played quitely in one of the corners. Then when it was time to play, they had such a great time!

What a great place to go on a rainy day!
